Hillgrove

Hillgrove in Bangor is an 18-bed supported housing service for young people aged 16–25 who are homeless or are at risk of becoming homeless. The property is funded by Watkin Property Ventures and managed by Digartref Cyf.

The centre provides residential accommodation offering a safe, stable and nurturing environment. The service is designed to empower vulnerable young people by helping them develop the skills required for independent living.

Through tailored support, residents are encouraged to access training, education and learning opportunities, enabling them to build their confidence, gain practical life skills and work towards a positive future. Our aim through Hillgrove and working with Digartref Cyf is to support young people to move on successfully to living independently and reduce their risk of becoming homeless in the future.
