Watkin Property Ventures Community Fund
WPV Community Fund was set up in 2019 by Mark Watkin Jones and Susan Ashworth. It is the charitable arm of Watkin Property Ventures.
Our main aim is to support charities in north-west Wales with a particular focus on Bangor where both Mark and Susan grew up. The fund works with a range of different causes but both Mark and Susan are especially keen to support groups and charities which aim to have a positive impact on people’s mental health.
Supporting the communities where we live and work has always been important to Watkin Property Ventures – the community fund has arisen from this desire to make a difference locally.
