Visit to Hillgrove
We had a fantastic visit to Hwb Hillgrove recently to see the progress and improvements being made around the facility. It was a valuable opportunity to hear about Hillgrove’s success stories to date, and to see first-hand the positive impact the service continues to have.
We were also delighted to visit the community vegetable garden as part of the Hillgrove Grow & Cook Project, a collaboration between the Conwy Valley and North Wales Coast Community Rail Partnership and Digartref Cyf.
A huge thank you to the Hillgrove team for their dedication to supporting young people. We are proud to continue to support Digartref as Hillgrove become a home to those in need.
